Blueberry Cove Cottage is available to rent from June through October. Rent is $1850 per week (7 days). Shorter term stays are available at $259 per night on weekdays or $299 per night on Fri-Sat-Sun ($800 minimum).

Additionally the following fees apply:

• $95 cleaning fee (applied to each stay; same price regardless of length of visit)
• $50 administrative fee
• $25 linen fee
• $10/per person/ per night charge for more than 2 people
• $25 per pet per stay fee
• 9% Maine lodging tax

Full payment is required when your reservation is booked.

There is a $195 security deposit due at the time of booking that will be refunded within 48 hours of departure assuming there is no damage.

Booking fee includes use of the two boats (a canoe and a paddle boat), the dock and raft, the double sized picnic table (seats 20+), grill, fire pit and hammock. Cottage can sleep up to 7 total. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twins), plus two pull-out sofabeds in the common areas. Up to two people stay for the above rental amounts. After two people there is a $10 per person per night charge.

We are pet-friendly (and pet owners ourselves!); we accept most pets (depending on the breed and if the pet is house-trained). There is a $25 per pet, per stay fee.

Please note that we are happy to accept guests who are nonsmokers.
